The dogs are back!
Make a Splash! And be rescued by a 14-stone gentle hairy giant
The charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People have teamed up with Canis Major Newfoundland Dog Training Group to put on an unusual event to raise funds. On Saturday 17th July they are holding their second sponsored Newfoundland Water Rescue at Winsford Flash Sailing Club and they are looking for volunteers to take part.
On the day participants will be taken out by boat into the middle of the lake before jumping into the water, and being rescued by a gentle hairy giant – a 14-stone Newfoundland dog!
